SERVICES

​We provide diagnostic evaluations, 45 or 55-minute individual psychotherapy sessions, and clinical consultations for clients ages 18+ with a particular focus on college students, graduate students, and working professionals. We can also provide referrals to providers in the Boston area for other mental health services such as medication management, group/couples therapy, and psychological testing.

SESSION FEES

Please feel free to contact us to inquire about self-pay and out-of-network insurance options. We may be able to provide a sliding scale fee for those with demonstrated need. If you are using a PPO plan with out-of-network benefits, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement after submitting the necessary paperwork to your insurance. You will be responsible for calling your insurance provider to ask about your coverage options prior to scheduling our first appointment.

Here are common questions to ask your insurance provider regarding out-of-network benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

• Do I have out-of-network benefits, and, if so, how do I request reimbursement for services?    

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?

• Will my health insurance reimburse for 60 minute sessions (CPT 90837) or only 45 minute sessions (CPT 90834)?

• How much will my insurance reimburse me for sessions provided by Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

• Do I need to have written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

We accept all major credit cards, HSA cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
